ד"ר רעות נעים היא פסיכולוגית קלינית וחוקרת בתחום הקשיים בוויסות רגשי והתנהגותי, בעיקר קשיים סביב כעס ותוקפנות. היא השלימה את לימודי הדוקטורט באוניברסיטת תל אביב ב-2017, בתחום של חרדה וטראומה בהנחייתו של פרופ' יאיר בר-חיים. את השתלמות הפוסט-דוקטורט עשתה ב- NIMH בארה"ב, תוך התמקדות בגורמים מוחיים ופיזיולוגיים הקשורים בנטייה לרגזנות וכעס אצל ילדים ופיתוח פרוטוקולים טיפוליים. היא הצטרפה לסגל האקדמי הבכיר בשנת 2023.
